Since 1984, the Green family have been hand-producing some of the finest smoked salmon that can be found in Scotland. The smokehouse is in a unique location, attached to Uig Lodge and visitors are welcome to pop in for a tasting, to learn about the smoking process and the opportunity to buy some smoked salmon. We are situated just after the Uig Shop - on the way to the beach! Plenty of parking.
