About

Set in the village of West Kilbride it is and ideal location to explore Eriskay and Barra.

The beaches on the west coast are nearby and ideal for exploring the machair, where an abundance of wild flora and fauna and archaeological sites can be found.

Take a 10 minute walk to the Polachar Inn and enjoy a meal and a drink and take in the panoramic views looking across the sound of Barra.

Visit Kilbride Cafe and taste homemade baking which is available daily, before you journey across the causeway to Eriskay where you will get a connecting ferry to the Isle of Barra.
