Immerse yourself in the ultimate hot and cold therapy experience beside the stunning coastlines of the Outer Hebrides with our new Saltbox Sauna, a mobile wood-burning barrel sauna that frames the best ocean views with it’s panoramic half-moon window facing the ocean.  Seating 4-6 people the sauna can be booked privately by the hour or single seats can be purchased in mixed public sessions. The combination of hot and cold therapy creates a relaxing rejuvenation for the mind, body and soul and much more. Cool off in the sea or use our supply of freshwater. The choice is yours.

Invigorate yourself in our Saltbox Sauna to experience a unique wellness experience coupled with peace, tranquillity and the unrivalled beauty/picturesque setting of the Outer Hebrides.
