Scarista House has two elegant, candle-lit dining rooms open to non residents for dinner every evening. The no-choice set menu features organic, local or home grown produce: salad, herbs and vegetables from the garden; fish and shellfish from Hebridean waters; and free-range meat. Bread, cakes, biscuits, jams, marmalade, ice cream and chocolates are all made on the premises. Booking is essential.
