Communal toilets/showers for campsite are closed until 17th May. From 17 May, communal facilities will operate with 2 person maximum per space. Tents accepted from 17th May.

Laxdale Holiday park has a variety of accommodation to suit most visitor needs. Modern facilities in a traditional friendly setting. With good views over broad bay and the town of Stornoway the park is an ideal centre from which to tour the islands of Lewis and Harris.

Touring caravans and motorhomes are provided with hard standings and electric hook ups. A recently refurbished amenities block provides strong hot showers, washing up facilities, laundry, chemical toilet and waste water disposal point. Some tent pitches have electric hook up.

Our wooden Wigwam camping pods are warm and cosy. They sleep 3 to 4 adults in comfy beds which convert to a cushioned seating and living area. Equipped with a fridge, microwave and kettle, plastic plates, cups and cutlery. Pillows provided. Amenities block and parking nearby. Dogs allowed.

Our bunkhouse caters for backpackers, families or larger groups looking for convenient, low cost accommodation. This consists of 4 bedrooms with 4 bunks in each room (16). Rooms are warm and  showers are hot. We have a large TV lounge, A fully equipped kitchen, fan ovens, electric hobs, fridges, microwave and a dining area suitable for eight persons and a drying room.

Superfast WI Fi available throughout the camp site.
