About

The Moorings is a three bedroomed detached bungalow situated on the side of a sea loch in Sidinish North Uist. It is ideally situated for bird watching, walking , fishing,  photography, and as a base for exploring North Uist, Benbecula and South Uist.

Barpa Langass and the Stone Circle, two prehistoric sites and Langass Wood Walk with the memorial to Hercules the Bear, are a short drive away.

Lochmaddy is a 15 minute drive where there are two hotels and a shop, and also Taigh Chearsabhagh Museum and Arts Centre and Café.

There are beautiful white sandy beaches throughout the three Islands.
