About

Tigh Zed – the house that Z built in the shape of a Z! Based on a ruined crofthouse, it has three bedrooms sleeping seven - ideal for couples, friends and family groups. A character property, generous living space, abundant natural light, peacefully set in a quiet hamlet with panoramic views. This is a spacious, welcoming, detached home furnished to a good standard, in an idyllic setting allowing perfect views, especially sunsets.

The cottage has an open kitchen and dining area, through to a comfortable lounge, with fireplace and TV. There is a family bathroom, and separate shower room/toilet room. One double bedroom on the lower ground floor and two generous bedrooms upstairs, one with a king size bed and the other three single beds. A utility room, with the heating and hot water boiler, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dish washer, leads to the wild garden at the rear of the property which is shaded from the wind with woodland at the side. To the other side of the property is outdoor seating space.

After a day exploring the white sandy beaches and the islands of Barra and Vatersay, this is the perfect spot to relax.
