As well as making chocolates Nicola and Chris run various events and pop-up restaurants throughout the islands. Chris is a very passionate chef, and this comes across on the 6 course Hebridean fusion menu they serve. Using local ingredients and fusing them with cooking techniques learned throughout their travels.
