The Outdoor Hebrides campaign ran in Winter 18-19 and was designed to attract younger visitors to the Outer Hebrides.
In the video, four friends take a road trip down the islands, and sample all the outdoor activities on offer, from mountain-biking to open-water swiming from riding on the beach to painting on the beach.
The campaign consisted of a main video supported by a social media campaign, with a competition where people could win the road-trip. It was supported by VisitScotland's Growth Fund and included partnerships with the outdoor retailer, Tiso and the leading outdoor magazine, Active Traveller.
The people featured in the magazine were four of Scotland's leading travel influencers - Alistair Horne, Bee Leask, Kate Hopper and Neil Robertson - who wrote about the experience in the blog, and posted individual videos with their own reflections on the islands.
As 2018 was year of young people, we featured the young islanders who acted as their hosts as they visited the different locations.
