About

A long sandy beach fringed with dunes. It has signed car access down a road that leads to the cemetery, toilets and a car park. Thsi is a beautiful beach that is very popular with visitors and locals. It is great for families but the sea has strong currents and huge waves in windy weather so swimming is only possible in gentle weather and care should be taken at all times.
It is immensely popular with surfers ang has been described as the best surfing beach in Europe!
