About

Open Studios Hebrides is a group of artists and makers living and working in Harris, Lewis and Uist. Each member plies their creative work in studios, sheds, spare bedrooms, or wherever a studio space can be carved out. OSH members aim to show their work to the island community and tourists, allowing them to meet new people, make new connections and share their arts and crafts in their studio settings or other venues.

All members are showcased on our website with an individual gallery which contains contact information, opening times, and locations. Just so you know, not all of our members have studio spaces that are open to the public. Some open their studios just for our Summer Open Studios Event, while others show their work in our group venues. Many of our members also sell their work through shops and galleries around the islands and further afield.

As well as the Summer Open Studios Event, we also run member exhibitions, throughout the year. Please see our website for further information about both current and past exhibitions.
