LOCHEPORT ANCHORAGES AND FACILITIES

There are several wild anchorages and a pier at the head of Locheport in North Uist.

There is a fabulous pottery and gallery in the village that is well worth visiting.

Western Isles sailing crews anchoring at Locheport can also visit the nearby Hebridean Smokehouse shop. They supply peat smoked, locally caught fish and seafood as stocked from London's Fortnum & Mason to Edinburgh's Valvona & Crolla.
