Good shelter at the pier in most weather conditions. Part of pier dries out at low spring tides. Approach by Loch Carloway in East Loch Roag. Good anchorage in small bay south of Carloway pier.

Facilities at pier: Slipway, water, Diesel (Council Key Card needed)
