About

The beach is separated from the Traigh Mhor by a small rocky promontory. The "bridge to nowhere" is by the beach, and is so named as it actually leads to nowhere. Shortly after it was built the proposed continuation of the road to Ness was abandoned.
The inclusion of the sea stacs at the south east end of the beach greatly add to any picture.

Photographers Tip

The beach is best photographed from a position on the clffs just above the sea stacs in early evening or early morning light.
