I am an artist and Jewellery designer based in Benbecula, Western Isles. I have a BA hons from UHI University. I make jewellery with wire wrapping, Gemstones and silver clay, melting, casting, hammering and Rolling. I do workshops by arrangement.
My hand made silver jewellery can also by purchased in some of the local shops, such as Puffin Studio Crafts in Benbecula, Taigh Chearsabhagh Arts centre shop in Lochmaddy, Kildonan Craft Shop in South Uist, and my website, as well as by arrangement at East Camp in Balivanich, Benbecula.
I make jewellery with recyled silver, by melting it down and casting it into cuttlefish bones that I have carved into a mold, or into sand. I also use silver clay which has been recycled from the photographic amd medical industry. My packaging is also recycled cardboard.
I had a solo exhibition last year in Taigh Cheasabhagh Museum and Artc Centre in Lochmaddy, North Uist.
