Sound of Harris

Lying between Harris and North Uist, the Sound of Harris is eight miles long and runs along a SE to NW axis and provides access to the Atlantic ocean.
Loch Seaforth

Loch Seaforth (Siophort) forms the boundary between Harris and Lewis reaching nine miles northwards into a particularly mountainous and isolated part of the Outer Hebrides, and offering wild anchorage.
