About

During the summer mature Salmon migrate from the sea up to their spawning grounds at the head of river systems.

Salmon are most easily seen when they start their migration moving from the sea up into the rivers in July and August. Amhuinnsuidhe is a spectacular place to watch them, where they can be seen leaping up the falls and rapids.
